The Cashflow Institute is one site in particular has a whole pile of information and a real variety of different courses. This site is geared to those who want learn to be real estate investors. It's well worth checking out.

The Motiva Group is a Canadian company that has training and information on property investing. Their website is quite extensive and is well put together. For those who live and want to invest in Canada it is well worth the look. They also have a mentoring program and a large testimonial page with contact names. Be sure to at least check out what they have to offer. These guys offer courses and seminars with lots of good information. Like I said before, it's "well worth the look." One thing to remember is that these guys are into the 0% Down ideas. Yes...even in Oh Canada, we have 0% down.

Ever looked into foreclosures?There are quite of few people that do just that. And do very well at it also.
